So good, I bought the product. Install was as easy as it looks in the video. Bluetooth sound was CD quality. Even the microphone sounds great over phone calls! It doesn't sound like you are in a tunnel like most aftermarket products. I really like that it can connect two phones at the same time. I did find that I already had something plugged into the harness port that this product is supposed to use, but everything functions just fine with it unplugged and the bluetooth adapter in its place. I believe it was wiring to control a rear CD changer which we don't have, but comes in the touring model. My wife loves it since we didn't have to switch out the whole radio and learn all new controls. The fact that it integrates with the steering wheel controls is Awesome! Great Product! Peter Kenyon (verified owner) – Dec 2019 I added the Pure Bluetooth kit to my wife's 2007 Honda Odyssey. We have the 6 disc changer, DVD player, XM radio model. It installed fine and works BUT it through me for a loop when there was a wire already in the port they wanted me to plug into. I was sure something would stop working. Perhaps I'll figure out what it is eventually but radio, DVD and the new Bluetooth all are working great so… I'm happy. Adam Schwaninger – I installed the pure bluetooth kit in my '07 Odyssey and have zero complaints! Straight forward installation and it works perfectly. The radio/steering wheel control support is fantastic and the quality couldn't be better. I would definitely recommend this product! Geethan Rayan – Hi, I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey and I installed the GTA car kit for blue tooth. My son and I finished it within an hour at night, with only our cell phone flashlight. It was a breeze, and the reception is fantastic. The video provided was incredible. There was only one issue, when I removed the radio, there was no free port to connect the GTA car kit. I removed a cable to connect the GTA car kit. I believe that cable was for the AUX connection for the back seat, but I am not sure. Regardless I am very happy with the purchase. Norman Agustin – I ordered the pure Bluetooth for my 2007 Odyssey EX and completed the install. I watched all install series for the Odyssey and found them to be very helpful. I ran into a few issues when fishing the microphone and I did not expect to use "Y" harness (thank goodness it came with the kit). It is up and running and I am very satisfied customer. No more crazy wiring and having to connect to an FM station. Thanks GTA Carkit for allowing my 2007 to be a little more up to speed with the bluetooth tech. Tommy – Just wanted to write and express how pleased i am with this kit and also how extremely easy it was to install. Was able to do this in my pajamas in my wifes van on a saturday morning and pair not only her phone but also my phone. The use of the kit is so easy to use and the wife loves how much clearer the voice is on phone calls versus our bluetooth headsets. Happy wife, Happy Life. Scott – Hey I just want you all to know that I am absolutely thrilled with the I emailed before I purchased and not only did you quickly answer all my Then when I got the kit the directions and videos you have put together You now have a huge fan and I will be recommending your brand to anybody Thanks again. S L – Got the Pure Bluetooth kit for 2006 Odyssey Touring w Navigation/XM/DVD/CD-changer. Had to review a couple of videos to piece together all the steps (Navigation video from beginning for the headunit removal, Pure Bluetooth video from 3:59 for microphone routing). The install took about an hour (took my time to not break anything or leave anything rattling) and went well, except I still managed to damage one small clip in the paneling that should not matter. Note that in my car the panel under the steering wheel was held in place by one Phillips screw at the bottom middle. Sound quality of streaming audio from iPhone is great and speakerphone functionality works well. If listening Bluetooth streaming from the phone, you can answer incoming call with the steering wheel Skip button. When listening to another source like XM when a call comes in, you can simply hit the AUX button on the dash, this switches to Bluetooth and answers the call. Greg – Completely satisfied. Followed the video and had it installed pretty quickly. One modification to the installation … I simply could NOT get the far-left plug to come out (the one for the cabin lights switch). Instead of forcing it too much and risk breaking something, I was able to hoist up the detached console faceplate with a bungie cord and hooked to the rear-view mirror (with the far-left plug still attached). This held it up & out of the way while the radio came out. Steve – Installed today on a 2006 Odyssey. Installation went more smoothly than I could have imagined, the video was incredibly helpful, thank you! Install is clean, everything works as advertised. This will be a major enhancement to my van. Shlomo – I got the iPod kit for my wife's 2007 Odyssey as a surprise (she doesn't yet know). The installation was incredibly straightforward – I'm somewhat handy, but no genius, and I've never done much on cars, and I had no problems at all. And it works great! Andrew – So far have nothing but good things to say about this product! I ordered and had it within two days. I was quite nervous about the installation as usually I find a way to mess things like that up, but I just followed along with the You Tube video and had it all installed within an hour. I then had a few questions about how many phones I could pair with the device via Bluetooth, and sent an email to GTA. Within about ten minutes, I had a response! That's pretty rare for any company to respond that quick, so that was fantastic. I got my questions answered, the unit works great and sounds great! Very satisfied! S. Lueders Charlotte, NC – Ordering was simple, very helpful staff and I had the kit two days after ordering online. Installation was this easy: I gave the kit to my 14 y/o to install and he had it completed in an hour simply by following the YouTube installation videos. Sound quality and convenience is outstanding. Great product and even better customer service. Chris – I installed the GTA Car Kit (with Bluetooth adapter) in my 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring with Nav. Kit installed EXACTLY as indicated in the YouTube installation video. Total install took me about an hour, not because of any difficulties with the kit, but mostly due to delays caused by carefully removing panels and routing wires. The Bluetooth adapter was very easy to install but did require routing additional hidden wiring for the microphone and answer button. Everything was very simple and it worked perfectly as soon as I powered it up. Bluetooth sync'd very easily and works well. Sound quality from the ipod is excellent and I am able to use my steering wheel controls to advance through the playlist. I love this system and should have bought it MUCH sooner. Ed Laue – I was very concerned that the product and the install could not be as easy as the videos made it seem. Maybe all those reviews were from fake people just to get me to buy the product. Jon – I bought the GTA car kit for my 2005 Honda Odyssey EX-L based on the great reviews. I was initially hesitant to install it because of the video showing that I had to drill a hole in the pocket compartment, but thanks to Jeff's review, I learned that I didn't need to drill a hole. Here are some tips from my experience. Hope it helps you too. – I took off the front panel with just a regular flat-head screwdriver. At first, it didn't seem like it'll come off, but just keep prying all around it. Overall, it's a great product! Excellent sound quality and being able to use the radio and steering wheel controls is great! Just watch the video, read the reviews, follow my notes and go slowly and you should be able to install without a problem. It took me about 1:15 total, but I was going slowing trying not to break things and figuring out the best way to route the cables. Ken Fitzpatrick – Purchased the GTA Car Kit for a 2006 Honda Odyssey with the AUX/XM button on the stock head unit. I also added the bluetooth kit and the phone holder for the vent. It literally took me 45 – 60 minutes of total time to install everything and make sure it all works. Works flawlessly and sounds beautiful. Thanks for making a great product. My wife can now listen to her iphone playlists, iHeart Radio, and Audible via bluetooth on her iPhone. My daughter can listen to her iPad and iPod over the iPhone adapter or AUX cable, and I am able to use the bluetooth and AUX for my Android. The bluetooth connects lightning fast and is not flakey like the bluetooth enabled head unit on my car. We can also answer calls and everything works flawlessly. I always listen with the bluetooth volume on my Android turned up all the way and had no issues with this unit. I did the same with the iPhone and it had some static. The video says to turn the volume on the iPhone to about 70%, so when I realized the volume could be the reason for static, I went to 70% and the sound is crystal clear. Again, amazing product. Nice to see such user friendly and well working equipment for a reasonable price. Thanks, I will recommend your product to everyone, you deserve it!!!! Jeff – Perfect product! Videos made it crazy simple. I learned you don't even need to un-hook the left-most plug behind the dash–you can just lift off the dash over the gear shift, and rest it in the driver's seat. I ran the cord from the black box just down beside the glove boxes, and out the bottom–plenty of cord left to end up in the console between the front seats. This is a perfect solution; we don't use Sirius, but the fact that we could, with the Y connector, is awesome for those who do. And being able to control the iPod/Phone with the steering wheel and existing stereo controls is sublime. I'm using an iPad mini, which works exactly the same as the other devices EXCEPT that it doesn't charge the iPad, but that's a small consolation to a perfect product that I installed in 15 minutes. Nice work guys! Now I just need one for my 1997 BMW 5 series. 🙂 Brian – Just wanted to drop a quick note from North Carolina, USA. Bought the 2005-2010 Honda Odyssey kit recently and installed got around to installing it yesterday in my van. Awesome. Took me about 30 mins total, active time. The parts not covered in the video (putting van in neutral and exactly where to route cable) were easy enough to figure out and I was very quickly jamming to my music in my van…. I can't tell you how happy this makes me. Thanks so much!!! Jeff Fox – I waited a month to submit this review so I could really try out the interface to make sure it worked as advertised. I'm very happy to say that it works perfectly. In fact, I would say that this product is amazing! I installed this in my 2007 Honda Odyssey and followed the video instructions like everyone else. The video was perfect. I watched it a few times and then put the unit in with no issues. I do have two recommendations for anyone installing into a Honda Odyssey: -The screw that is already out in the video is actually the hardest one to get out. It is the middle screw for the radio. I highly recommend purchasing an extra-long Phillips screwdriver. A standard screwdriver is not going to be long enough. In addition, this will be the screw that you lose in the dashboard (like I did) so be careful! -When I pulled out my radio, I noticed that there was something already plugged into the second port (the video shows nothing plugged in). I initially thought I'd need to order a Y cable but that was not the case. I realized that this plug does nothing if you don't have XM hooked up in your Odyssey. So I unplugged it and plugged in the interface adapter and everything still worked (AM/FM/CD Changer). I used this adapter on a recent trip to the beach and it worked flawlessly. I used the AUX for my Sirius XM connection and the iPod/iPhone interface for Spotify. You simply press the "AUX/XM" button to toggle between the two. I am also using an iPhone 5 with a genuine Apple adapter and it worked great. I wasn't able to control the playlists/song selection using my Honda radio but that didn't matter since Spotify was on shuffle play. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend this product to anyone who needs AUX/iPod capabilities in their car. GTA Car Kits is a first-class company with a high-quality product. Thank you! Mike – Installed the GTA Car Kit and Bluetooth Kit as well in my 2006 Honda Odessey. Never installed any audio gear in a car before this kit. The YouTube video made it a no brainer for me. I installed the both kits in about an hour by myself. The kit itself adds so much value to our Odessey. The bluetooth sounds so clear; as if you are talking directly on your iPhone. There is no static. No echo, only clear audio. My wife loves the bluetooth; using it for calls and streaming music as well. She will use the 30 pin cable when charging her iPhone as necessary. Looking forward to having this capability on our trip this week. Completely plug and play and everything looks stock/from the factory as it should. Well done, GTA Car Kits! Comment from Robert Cutti (YouTube user) – "Just got my kit yesterday and installed it today. This video made it simple. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for auxiliary ports. This company responded to an email very fast and upgraded my shipping at no charge. Love this company and product." Chad from Lynchburg, VA, USA – "My 6 disc changer in my Honda Odyssey recently broke. A replacement was quoted at $700. I got my GTA kit last week and installed it in about an hour. It's great! We used it for a 5 hour car ride this weekend. So much better than searching for radio stations! Thanks for a great product!" Sarah from Ann Arbor, MI – "Like other reviewers, I found GTA Car Kits through a Google search for an iPhone 4 and iPod Touch compatible connector for my 2007 Honda Odyssey EX van. I previously had a Dice unit, which worked fairly well with my older iPod classic 5th generation, although it wasn't perfect. It wasn't at all compatible with my iPod Touch or iPhone 4. I tried a few different adaptors, which were suggested by the car audio specialist who installed my Dice unit. They didn't work. After watching the GTA installation video and researching other units and reading many reviews, I felt confident that the GTA kit was the best option. I knew that if I couldn't install it myself, it wouldn't cost much to have someone else install it. So, I ordered it on a Sunday night, received shipping information on Monday, and the kit was in my mailbox on Wednesday! Armed with my Phillips screwdriver, a regular screwdriver (because I didn't have a clip removing tool), a flashlight and my laptop, I hopped in my Odyssey and began the installation. I worked cautiously and slowly, so it took me about 1 hour to complete the installation. Plus, I forgot to connect the MP3 auxiliary cord, which I discovered after replacing the "pocket box" (mini glove compartment) and screws. No big deal – it only took 5 minutes to rectify. I'm sure a more experienced person could easily install the kit in about 30 minutes or less. And the best part. the kit works!!! Here are a few things I discovered during the installation process: (Side note – I am a 57 year old woman. I completed the installation without any help.) The GTA video is fantastic. It's all you need for a successful installation. I suggest you watch it twice before beginning the installation. In addition, it was very helpful to play the video in the van during the installation. As pictured in the video, but not explicitly stated, it is best to position the gear shift in the neutral or drive position. It makes it much easier to remove the dash cover panel. This means you can't remove the key from the ignition, as stated to do in the print version of the installation guide included in the kit. I'm sure it is for safety reasons that the instructions say to shut off the ignition and remove the key. But if you look closely at the video, you will note that the Odyssey is powered-up, so I didn't feel concerned. Prying the dash panel off was a little scary. I thought I might break it, but I didn't. It came off perfectly and snapped back in place without incident. I was not strong enough to remove the panel plug closest to the steering wheel. It didn't matter. I was careful to not put any stress on the connected wires as I removed the panel. I didn't have any problem disconnecting the other plugs and screws. I have average hand strength. If your hand strength is compromised, you may need to have someone help you with this during the installation. If you want to have the MP3 connection option, too, remember to plug in the cord!" Michael from Holly Springs, NC, USA – "Googled for adapter on the internet for my Honda Odyssey 2009, then saw youtube video for installation. I picked GTA car kit because I didn't want a non factory car stereo, I heard the FM transmitters where not that good, and I saw a lot of good reviews of your product on the internet. Thought the product shipped quickly. No complaints. Installation was pretty simple as I followed the youtube video and it took me about 1/2 hour. The hardest part was trying to create enough space with the wiring to push the radio back into place to screw it down. Did not need any special tools and thought it was really easy following the youtube video. I am using an iPhone 4S. Ran the iPhone cables through the vent and will be using the car holder to mount the iPhone. I really like the fact that you can use stereo controls to change channels and volum is key! I also like the fact that the it was easy to install and looks professional. The vent car holder had a faulty part on it (rail on spring kept falling off one side) that would not allow to hook it into vent without falling off with the slightest movement. Called your customer service number, sent a follow up email a few minutes later, and within an hour or so I got a confirmation email that your company would be shipping out another adapter free of charge. Very happy with the customer service aspect and the quick turn around!! I think this is a really good product that is very easy to install and works every bit as advertised! Thank you" Brad from Elkhorn, NE, USA – "I was asking at the Honda dealership if I could still buy a kit for my iPhone and they replied that the Honda adaptor/ kit didn't work very good. I google "Honda Odyssey and iPhone" your web site was the first hit. Shipping was extremely fast. I ordered on Sunday night around 10:30 PM. It was at the house on Wednesday. Unbelievable!! The installation was very easy. It took about 20 minutes. No special tools needed. I reviewed your You Tube video prior to starting installation. It was very easy to do. I use the kit for iPhone 4S. Used the cables to the storage compartment under the radio. I love the fact that it charges my iPhone as I listen to music. Also being able to change playlists on the steering wheel is incredible. I think it is a remarkable product. works as advertised. My wife didn't think this was a necessary purchase but after our first interstate trip she was already convinced. Kids love listening to their music via the GTA Car Kit in the back via the rear entertainment system. I feel like GTA Car Kit is a great value. I would recommend to all my friends." Jonathan from Pittsburgh, USA – "Hi, I just wanted to take a few minutes and thank you for making such a great product. I originally found you while trying to find a factory XM connection unit for my 2005 Odyssey. I came across your site and realized I could use it and use my XM app on my iPhone at a fraction of the cost of the Honda XM kit. Plus I would have the added benefit of the music already loaded on my phone being readily available. My wife ordered it for me as an early fathers day gift along with the adjustable car holder. The delivery time was super fast and I had it within 2 days of the order. I've installed many aftermarket units over the years but this was by far one of the easiest installations of any product I have ever done. If it weren't for the 9 month old on my lap trying to help it would have been done in 10 minutes. We immediately fired up the XM app and it was crystal clear. Now I can listen to my music or Xm while my kids watch movies on the RES with headphones. The Universal Car Holder holds the phone very snugly and makes it easy to change songs and XM stations, view the GPS or activate Siri to dictate messages. Thank you again for the great product. I will definitely be ordering one for my Mazda 6 in the near future!!" James from Minneapolis, USA (comment received on Facebook wall) – "Ordered last Friday. Installed today. Love this kit, so simple to install on my 2006 Honda Odyssey EX-L RES. After watching the install video it only took me 20 minutes, 8 of those were getting a screw that fell inside. Works Great with my Ipod Touch 4th gen 64gb. Won't even need the radio now." Eddy, USA – "I found GTA Car Kits by searching online for iPod adapter installation on my Odyssey. I used fm transmitter in the past, but the sound is horrible and i hear lots of statics. The instalation is easy – it took me about 45 mins, coz it was my first time to open the dash. The gta video is very helpfull and easy to understand. I am using my iphone 4 with the kit. I ran the cables as shown in the gta video. I think I got the best deal- kit is easy to navigate, and no statics. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. i might even volunteer to install it for them. Thanks gta car kits-i was looking for an ipod kit that works in my car for a long time and finally it is there." Jon from Little Rock, AR, USA – "I could not be more pleased with the kit I ordered for my Honda Odyssey – from shipping to installation everything has worked perfectly. Thanks also for posting install videos! Jon from Little Rock, AR, USA" Keith from Londonderry, New Hampshire (comment received on Facebook wall) – "Hey guys! I got my kits in the mail yesterday, installed one in my Odyssey today in less than 20 minutes and it works great! I'll be installing the one for my wife's Accord tomorrow. Thanks for the great product!! Oh the holder kicks butt too!!" Jason from Warrington, PA, USA – "I thought about just adding AUX adapter for my Honda Odyssey, but then found GTA Car Kit that also is able to control Iphone through the stereo/steering wheel. Shipping took less than a week. Awesome. Installation was very simple. The video on the website is for non-NAV unit. Once you get the headunit out, the hardest part is trying to figure out where you want to hide the kit. I love the fact that I can control via steering wheel. It's a clean install and the kit is awesome. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It is absolutely the best. I also purchased car holder – it is ok. It does what it states." Chad from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA – "I considered buying original Honda kit from the dealership, but the GTA reviews were really good. The shipping was really fast. I had my kit in only 3 days from the order. The GTA video made it a snap. I did not have to buy any extra tools and had the installation, testing and clean up done in under 30 minutes. We use both an iPod and a HTC incredible phone. I really like the iPod controls working from the steering column and the fact that it charges the iPod as well. GTA Car Kit is the best value, I found anywhere. I would totally recommend this to someone else and plan on buying another for my Honda Ridgeline." Ariel from California, USA – "My review of the GTA Car Kit (Ipod/Itouch/MP3 player) – my contribution to this forum. I am truly pleased with my purchase of the GTA Car Kit. In fact, WOW!!! The Ipod/MP3 player is user friendly in many ways. This is the best unit I have seen on the market. After many weeks of research, I made the decision. It is by far the most impressive system available. The price is reasonable and it well worth the cost. I will not bore you with all the details. I will list some selling points that were important to me. The module comes with two wires that either can connect to the Ipod. One cable can connects to the bottom of the Ipod. This charges the Ipod when the engine is running. It keeps the Ipod battery from dying on long trips. The other connector is a 3.5mm that connects to the top of the Ipod if charging is not required. This is a long enough cable so back seat occupants can select and interact with the Ipod. I appreciate that the manufacturer provided a long cable. Some sellers do not provide this cable or it is very short. Interacting and playing music via GTA Car Kit is not difficult at all. You can use the radio head unit to select and change songs. It is very simple to understand and it does not limit you to a preset number of playlist. Be aware many mp3 players that restrict the number of playable playlist. Here is why I am extremely happy with this unit: GTA Car Kits also sells an optional adjustable universal car holder. My advice is for you to get one. The holder is strong and it connects securely onto the air vent. The designers did a great job. It firmly holds the Ipod where it is visible and easy to use. There are cushions on the side to keep it from scratching the Ipod when it is in the holder. To clamp the Ipod onto the holder, just squeeze the sides of the holder. Push a button at the rear of the holder, which is easily accessible, to release grip. I like how the Ipod cable fits snuggly at the base of the holder. It does not interfere with the holder. Hurray to the designer of the holder. By the way, I use it to hold my Blackberry phone at times too. Review from Honda Odyssey Club forum Comment from CustomGirdles (YouTube user) – "This is awesome! I just bought one for my Honda Odyssey, the package arrived just a couple of days. I followed the instructions (except I drilled on the passenger side instead, since the box will be that side anyway and just to simplify) and was able to install it right away with no problems or what so ever. The best part of this, the product works. You forgot to mention that we can control the iPod from the steering wheel controls. That's the first thing I checked and it did. Thanks guys!!!" Venky R. from Illinois, USA – "I was tired of the lousy quality that I got when I played my iphone in the car via an FM transmitter. It was always a challenge to find a station that did not have interference, and often that too was short lived and frustrating. We were planning a road trip with the kids for our spring break, which involved driving 10 hours each way. The FM transmitter solution was a no-go for the trip. I searched for an alternative, and came upon the GTA kit while I was googling for instructions on youtube. The installation video seemed simple enough, so I ordered the kit. I was pretty pressed for time – we were heading out on friday, and I put in the order on monday. Shipping was super efficient, I got the kit on wednesday itself. Installation was a breeze – the video was quite descriptive in what you need to do. There are some areas where you can screw up – breaking the plastic trim when taking it off, or chipping something when drilling a hole for the cable. Not hard to get right, but if you are not used to removing and replacing the trim, you might not be used to the right amount of force needed to get the clips out. Overall, I think it took me 20 mins to put the kit in, and then another 20 to redo it after I discovered an extra screw I had not put back the first time. The kit functions beautifully. I installed both the iphone adapter and the headphone jack. On our long drive, I could charge my phone while my wife played the Harry Potter audio books from hers. The ability to control the ipod from the van's audio controls is really great. I can put the phone in the compartment, and close it – very clean and uncluttered in the car (leaving room for all the *other* things to clutter). There really is no excuse to not install this in your vehicle if you enjoy music, and even more if you have an iphone/ipod." Rob from Toronto – "Hi, I ordered kit for my 2005 Honda Odyssey EX and it arrived very quickly. The installation was simple, I just followed your video, however the panel clips were much tighter than you show. Thanks" Bluetooth and iPhone/iPod/AUX Kits for Honda Odyssey 2005-2010

audio kit that I just received and installed in my Honda.
questions but told me everything I asked for (and more)
made it super easy to install and set up. Plus it works SO MUCH EASIER AND
BETTER than the other kit we had in our car and the other kits we looked
at. And the fact that it uses the controls already in the car, awesome!
who needs Bluetooth!
However, it was very easy to install and the Car Kit worked perfectly. My wife loves it and her phone charges, plays music and is readily available with the phone holder I also purchased. All the products are great quality and work as described. I had the whole thing installed and working before dinner was ready! The sound is really great and the videos made the install flawless.
– The left plug is hard to take off, but keep trying. Remember to press that little tab on the left. I found it much easier to work with the entire panel off like in the video.
– I recommend using a long Phillips screwdriver with a magnetic tip to use on that middle screw for the radio. It especially made putting back in a lot easier.
– My radio had something plugged in already. From the other reviews, I figured it was for the XM radio, so I just unplugged it and plugged in the kit's plug.
– Pulling off the pocket required a lot more force than I thought. I thought I was going to break the plastic. Try doing one side partially first to loosen it a bit.
– So based off Jeff's review and after looking around for a few minutes, I realized I could take that cord from the back of the radio, bring it forward a few inches, and then thread it through the gap in between the two vents down to the right side of the pocket. I feel this is much cleaner way than the way shown in the video as everything is kept in the back. The right side of the pocket has the perfect amount of room for the module and the cables to sit in. Thanks for making the module small.
– I then ran the 30-pin and headphone wires down toward the back right section of the pocket area to the passenger side floor area. I was able to see the gap through the front and I used my left hand to push down the two wires while using my right hand to grab from the floor area. If you have shorter arms, it may help to have someone to help you.
– If you have an iPod or iPhone with the lightning port and have a case on, you might need to get the longer 30-pin to lightning adapter. The plug on the short stubby one was not long enough with the case on.
Secondly, I had numerous emails back and forth regarding the kits and their compatibility. They responded very quickly. Answered all my questions and ALWAYS made me feel comfortable asking more if needed. These guys are top notch professionals! If the kits are available for your car, go no where else!
I tried an FM Modulator and it had horrible quality sound. I rarely used it.

The GTA unit is very small and easy to install. There is a YouTube video explaining the entire process. The process took me 20 minutes to install and I did not need a professional to mount it. I took my time and concentrated on the installation. It helped to watch the video multiple times. A long medium sized screwdriver and a wedge tool to get the front stereo panel off is required. The module was quick to install and the process was exactly as in the video. It is literally a snap in place installation. There is no soldering or wire cutting and no need to disconnect the car battery.
– Plug and play ? connect your Ipod and play songs immediately. Some units take awhile to categorize to start to play.
– Use the ipod cable or 3.5mm cable is up to you.
– Supports my second gen and latest Itouch 32Gb unit without issues or restrictions
The song starts again where I left off even after a week of not playing music. In other words, if I turn off the car at song 101, and I come back three days later, it starts where I left off. I have a DICE unit on my BMW that starts at the same first song even if I return four hours later. Imagine turning on the car and the same song plays every time?at the beginning?
– I am happiest most with how I can continue to interact with the Ipod while it is plugged into the Ipod cable. To do this, plug in the Ipod and leave stereo setting on D1. I am able to use the Ipod to select song as it continues to charge. I can see the songs and playlist on the Ipod screen. It is fully interactive. Unlike my DICE unit, I cannot interact with the Ipod. As such, I cannot see the songs or playlist.
– Music sounds phenomenal – There are no whirling or whizzing noises when the music is playing.
– Response time is awesome – songs start immediately when the stereo on.
– RDM button – pick a playlist and the GTA module with randomize the songs within the playlist…truly awesome.
I hope this helps you in deciding what Ipod/mp3 player to purchase. I truly understand how difficult this process can be. Needless to say, I am pleased to give GTA Car Kits my business and my hard-earned dollars. I am confident GTA Car Kit will continue to be successful with their product and business."
iPod connection works great – both iPhone 4 and iPod classic are charging through the cable and I can easily navigate between the songs.
I like "last position memory" feature. I used to have another kit in the past that did not have such feature and I always hated when my iPod kept playing after I turned off the radio.

I bought 2 kits, one for my wife's 06 Odyssey and one for mine. The sound quality on the Bluetooth is fantastic for both music and calls. One of my fav things to do is just go for a drive and run my music and now I can control everything from the steering wheel. So glad I'm free from the radio antenna option.
